Paintings and Serigraphs by Masahiko Doh

June 1 to November 1st 2026
All day

Come admire the work of Japanese artist Masahiko Doh (1930–2010). The exhibition is presented at the Japanese Pavilion of the Jardin botanique de Montréal from May to November.

Exploring nature, time, and infinity

Through his art, Masahiko Doh invites reflection on time and the world around us. His work evokes nature, animal and human figures, and visions of the cosmos.

The painter and printmaker’s creations open up spaces for contemplation, drawing the eye between memory and transformation, microcosm and immensity. They call on us to slow down, see differently, and reconnect with the subtle rhythms that link human beings to the world and to infinity.
